My Background

Who am I?

​

Well, here are some labels just to satisfy curiosity:

​

*a mother of 2 adult daughters 

*first generation (Cuban American)

*high school teacher of 20 years

*a pretty good human being

​

But there is so much more.

​

As I committed to a life of purpose and self awareness, it occurred to me that I had been preparing for this my entire life but only in the last decade did it gain momentum. I was methodically mentally filing away all the lessons life was teaching me, from the divine to the ridiculous.

I am a teacher of healing the whole self, a social-emotional facilitator and intuitive, and always a lifelong learner.
